Will came on the London scene in the late nineties and quickly established himself in the underground, setting up the the infamous Need2Know after hours club  (which later re-incarnated as Need2Soul), founding Secretsundaze and guesting all over London including slots at Fabric, AKA, The Egg.

In the mid-00s, he launched the Latenite Productions label and released 'Between The Thin Line' an album co-produced with Leslie Lawrence (Bang The Party) with remixes coming from Ron Trent, John Ciafone, Mr G, IG Culture, Tyrone Francis & Quentin Harris.

Taking production a step further, Will moved to Italy in the 2010’s to set up a music consultancy, L'Orchestra that provided sound tracks for major fashion and lifestyle brands including Fendi, Ferrari, Vertu & Italia Indepente.

Back in London, 2021 saw the launch of Super Culture - a new label and production house that stays true to his house and soul roots, while bringing many other influences. Releases scheduled for this year include music from Orlando Voorn, Shannon Harris, Terry Francis, Dangerous Tribe, CB Systems and Khoisan Jebel.
